Mexican hanging chairs are normally braided with hundreds of thin pieces of rope, but Tropilex uses thicker pieces, which make our hanging chairs much stronger and more durable.
Incidentally, these 'Rope' hanging chairs are extra strong: whereas other brands braid the hanging chair with 1 rope, Tropilex uses 2 ropes. As a result, Tropliex 'Rope' hanging chairs are up to 40% stronger than comparable hanging chairs.

Made from recycled plastic bottles
Waste is a major problem in India, so great to know that our 'Rope' hanging chairs are made from recycled plastic bottles, without the product losing out in quality or comfort in any way!
'Rope' hanging chairs are therefore made of polyester, but thanks to a unique weaving technique, they still feel incredibly soft. Even softer than cotton, in fact!
